Dar Al-Arkan lists US$1 Billion Sukuk on the Bahrain Stock Exchange (BSE)

The Bahrain Stock Exchange (BSE) announces today the signing of an agreement between the BSE and Dar Al-Arkan International Sukuk Company to list a US$1 billion Sukuk (Islamic bond) on the Exchange.  The listing marks the first Saudi Sukuk and the largest ever Sukuk to list on the BSE.
