BSE new indices and new trading platform

The new BSE indices have been launched on 3rd of September, 2007. The BG REIT index is an index based on the free-float-adjusted market capitalisation of some special investment purpose companies that operate in the field of securitisation of real estates and/or land (REITs), while the BG TR30 index is a return index based on the price performance of the shares of 30 companies with equal weight. After discussing the technological and financial terms and conditions of the offers obtained from OMX and Deutsche Boerse AG (DB AG) for replacement of the existing trading system of BSE-Sofia, the Board has chosen the offer of Deutsche Boerse AG and assigns to the Chairman of the Board and to the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate the provisions and to sign the contract.
