CSDI Annual GA for the year ended March 20, 2010

The Annual General Assembly of CSDI was held at 3 p.m. on April 20, 2010 at the CSDI shareholder affairs services building. The meeting became official with 63.69 percent of shareholder attendants. In this meeting the report of the Board of Directors on the subject of company activities, also the report of the company’s elected inspector/auditor on the financial statements for the year ended March 20, 2010 was read to the Assembly and approved with unanimous votes. It was stated that the Company’s earning per share for the year ended March 20, 2010 was 1259 IRRials, of which 200 IRRials was the dividend for each share and the rest was the accumulated profit for proceeding to the next step which will be the Capital Increase of the company.
