Discussions with a Broad Portfolio of International Organizations for Borsa İstanbul in Progress

Turhan said, “Discussions with a broad portfolio of international organizations including LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, Chicago Exchange and Deutsche Börse are in progress. The meetings with the said organizations are not strategic, but on cooperation basis, and so far, no decisions have been made. We will have a single strategic partner on technology and we aim to finalize the discussions and be ready to sign a memorandum of understanding by July”.
On the merger of TURKDEX-Borsa İstanbul, Turhan said, “We have completed the necessary procedure and transferred the shares, and submitted to the Capital Markets Board for approval. We can say that the merger has been completed”.
