ConFEAS 2023 International Conference Took Place in Yerevan, Armenia


Yerevan, 2023: Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges hosted the international capital markets conference ConFEAS 2023, in Armenia, on June 15, 2023.

At its third edition, FEAS annual flagship event, ConFEAS, returned with a brand new format. The conference featured over 40 speakers and covered four main areas of capital markets, as well as offered a unique cultural networking session, and much more.

ConFEAS 2023 brought together around 200 participants from Exchanges, CSDs, Banks, Regulatory Bodies, Investment Companies, and IFIs under one roof to discuss the latest trends, issues, and opportunities in modern capital markets.

The opening remarks were made by the Deputy Chairman of Central Bank of Armenia, Mr. Armen Nurbekyan; Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economy of Republic of Armenia, Mr. Rafayel Gevorgyan; FEAS Chairman; Secretary General of Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges, Dr. Konstantin Saroyan and Founder of Apricot Capital CJSC, Mr. Vardan Amaryan.

The conference covered four distinct areas of capital markets, including Trading, Post-Trade, ESG, and Public Relations.

Konstantin Saroyan, FEAS Secretary General, stated: “It has already been six years since the headquarters of FEAS were relocated to Armenia. The annual ConFEAS event, previously held in Abu Dhabi and Bucharest, marks its first occurrence in Armenia this year.

Today, under one roof, approximately 40 influential speakers from the capital market have gathered to discuss the prevailing issues and opportunities within the industry. This event presents a remarkable opportunity for all participants to acquire new knowledge and establish valuable connections through networking.”
