A new Bittnet bonds issue will start trading on BVB s ATS on February 18th

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that, on Monday February 18th, a new Bittnet Systems (BNET) bonds issue, under the ticker BNET23A, will start trading on BVB’s Alternative Trading System.

The issue comprises 97,037 bonds, non-guaranteed, RON denominated, with a nominal value of RON 100, a maturity of 5 years, and a total value of RON 9.7mn. The yearly interest rate is fixed at 9%p.a., payable half-yearly, through the Central Securities Depository.

The admision to trading was made by BCR as Authorized Advisor.

Bittnet is a Romanian IT entrepreneurial company, founded in 2007. The company offers IT courses, IT solution implementation services (network infrastructure, routing, switching, servers, datacenter, virtualization, security, telepresence or wireless), technical support services, while being focused on new technologies and innovation. In April 2015, Bittnet became the first IT Romanian company which was listed on BVB.
