ADVANTAGES OF KASE STARTUP PLATFORM
KASE Startup platform allows companies at an early stage of development to be admitted to the platform with the purpose of raising financing by selling stakes in a company.
It provides direct access to investors, consulting companies and business incubators and gives an opportunity to present a company in detail.
There are no restrictions on a company’s life time, size, its turnover or profit.
The main criterion is that it must be registered in the form of a limited liability partnership.
A company may also be listed if:
1) It has at least three months sales in the direction, where the investments are attracted;
2) It has a strategic investor with at least 30% stake;
3) The admission is initiated by a business incubator, which is a partner of the platform.
