AMD Denominated Coupon Bonds by ARARATBANK Listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

Starting from December 20, 2017, nominal coupon bonds issued by “ARARATBANK” OJSC have been listed
on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds’; main Abond list.
Current issue of the ARARATBANK’s bonds comprises 100,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD
10,000 coupon rate of 9.5% and maturity period of 24 months. The bonds (ISIN – AMARBKB2EGER5) will be
traded under ARBKB2G ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.
