ArmSwissBank places bonds worth 2.35 billion drams

ARMSWISSBANK, CJSC today placed 47,000 coupon bonds (SWISS7) denominated in Armenian dram, via an auction on the NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange.

Total bids for the coupon bonds worth AMD 2,350,000,000 with a nominal value of AMD 50 000 and maturity period of 60 months amounted AMD 2,384,026,388.12. Thirteen transactions were concluded during the placement.

The cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 50,299.06, the cut-off yield stood at 11,34%, and weighted average yield was 11,1147%.
