Bucharest Stock Exchange Carries on Fluent in Finance Educational Program with 9 National Free of Charge Events Dedicated to Retail Investors

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), the most important institution of the local capital market, carries on for the fourth straight years the “Fluent in Finance” seminars, a series of free financial education events, which will take place nationwide and address individuals interested in discovering the opportunities offered by the capital market and becoming investors.

“The educational concept underlying the Fluent in Finance program is to ensure a first contact of the participants with the capital market and Bucharest Stock Exchange. We develop this project at a national level in order to come closer to people who are not familiar with the capital market, but who correspond to the investors’ profile and who can benefit from this quality. We will have more investors as the level of financial literacy increases and one of the objectives is to have as many Romanians as possible keep their savings in the capital market,” said Adrian Tanase, CEO of BVB.

The events organized by BVB together with its partners will be held at national level according to the following calendar, in chronological order:

Brasov – 24th of April, in partnership with Estinvest
Bucuresti – 15th of May, in partnership with Banca Transilvania Group
Cluj-Napoca – 16th of May, in partnership with Banca Transilvania Group
Iasi – 17th of May, in partnership with Estinvest
Sibiu – 5th of June, in partnership with IFB Finwest
Timisoara – 18th of September, in partnership with IFB Finwest
Cluj-Napoca – 9th of October, in partnership with Banca Transilvania Group
Oradea – 6th of November, in partnership with IFB Finwest
Bucuresti – 4th of December, in partnership with Estinvest
