Bulgarian SE Elects New CEO and Chairman in Extraordinary Meeting

As a result of an extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, new members were elected to the Board of Directors. The current Chairman Mr.Victor Papazov and the CEO Mrs.Bistra Ilkova leave their posts and are replaced by Mr.Assen Yagodin(Chairman) and Mr.Ivan Takev(CEO). The other three members of the Board are Ms.Liudmila Elkova, Mr.Vassil Golemanski and Mr.Liubomir Boyadjiev.
