CSDI held its Annual General Meetings

Central Securities Depository of Iran (CSDI) held its ordinary and extraordinary Annual General Meetings on May 20, 2009. The agenda of the Meetings consisted of following issues: 1- Listening to the report of Board of Directors and the legal inspector on the company’s activities for the fiscal year ended March 20, 2009. 2- Determination on approving the financial statements for the year ended March 20, 2009. 3- Electing the legal inspector and independent auditor, and specifying their remuneration for the year ended March 20, 2009. 4- Choosing a wide-circulation Newspaper 5- The other activities are subject to Annual Ordinary General Meeting.
