Egypt Adds Activity of Market Maker to the Activity of Securities Companies

The Minister of Investment, Dr. Mahmoud Mohi El-Din issued a decree adding the activity of market maker to the activities of securities companies. The activity of the market makers is about providing permanent liquidity for certain securities, and meet requests for selling and purchasing these securities continuously during the trading session. The market makers is to select the securities its required to make a market for from a list announced by the stock exchange.
