Egypt Adds the ETFs Activity to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law

Within the framework of enhancing the Egyptian capital market and introducing new financial instruments, the Minister of Investment, Dr Mahmoud Mohieldin issued a new decree to amend chapter 3 of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law to include a new section for the ETFs activity.
