Egypt’s Prime Minister Dr. Hisham Kandil Rings the Bell for EGX Trading Session

Dr. Hisham Kandil, Egyptian Prime Minister witnessed the opening of trading session ceremony today; 4 September 2012, at the Egyptian Exchange (EGX). Through his visit, he conveyed a message to the investors that the economic growth is a top priority to the government. He mentioned that the government is seeking to develop the capital market and therefore contribute to the economic growth. The Egyptian Prime Minister during the opening of trading session ceremony:
“Enhancing economic growth is a top priority for the government, and the Egyptian Exchange has a significant role in stimulating the companies’ growth.”

Mr. Ossama Saleh – Minister of Investment, Dr. Ashraf Al-Sharqawi – EFSA Chairman and Dr. Mohammed Omran – EGX Chairman were present in the event.
