EXTRI electronic system for information disclosure

On 19 January 2007, the Financial Supervision Commission, BSE-Sofia and the Central Depository officially launched the integrated system for information disclosure EXTRI. The EXTRI system was created with the joined efforts of the three institutions to meet the requirement of the Ordinance on the prospectuses for public offering of securities and information disclosure by the public companies and other issuers of securities as well as the European requirements for information disclosure through an electronic system. By putting EXTRI into operation, the necessity of hard copies submission to all the three institutions will drop out, since the signed with the universal electronic signatures forms of EXTRI will have the force of signed in person documents, as it used to be, according to the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.
