GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF EXCHANGES OF THE CIS COUNTRIES (0AEx of CIS) HAS TAKEN PLACE

The General Manager of the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BBVB) F.F.Amirbekov has taken part on the 2nd July of 2009 on general meeting of the International association of exchanges-CIS countries (0AEx of CIS), passed in St.-Petersburg (Russia).
On General meeting of the 0AEx of CIS have been considered work results of Association for 2008-2009, the report on results of its financial and economic activity in 2008 and the revision committee conclusion is confirmed. In member of Council of the 0AEx of CIS the President of Kazakhstan stock exchange Damitov Kadyrzhan Kabdoshevich has been selected. The 0AEx of CIS at the organization of its activity for 2008 – 2009 considered developing situation and directed efforts to provide to members of Association in overcoming of the crisis situation in the organized financial markets. In particular, trading systems of Association have been modernized with information and organizational providing, steps on development of ways of softening of sharp market fluctuations are undertaken, by means of the Internet site between members of the 0AEx of CIS the regular exchange of the actual information is adjusted.

The inquiry: The International association of exchanges of the CIS countries (International Association of Exchanges of CIS countries) is founded in Moscow in April, 2000 for the purpose of coordination of efforts on development of the organized financial markets according to the international standards. In the 0AEx of CIS enter 20 organizations from 10 countries of C0S playing a key role in service of a mutual financial turnover, operations with currency, the state securities, shares of the enterprises.
