HOSSEIN FAHIMI APPOINTED AS CSDI’S NEW CEO

Mr. Hossein Fahimi is appointed as the fourth chief executive officer of Central Securities Depository of Iran (CSDI) by the Board of Directors.
The meeting of CSDI BOD in order to put in the new CEO was held in the headquarters of CSDI on 25 December, 2016 during which Mr. Hossein Fahimi was unanimously agreed to be appointed as the replacement for Dr. Mohammad Reza Mohseni, former CEO of CSDI.

Mr. Hossein Fahimi enjoys an LLM & Master of Laws degree in International Commercial-Economic field from universities of Tehran and Allameh Tabataba’i; in addition to outstanding professional experience in the Iranian Capital Market.

The session also saw Mr. Mohsen Khodabakhsh being assigned as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at CSDI on behalf of Information Dissemination and Services CO. (SIDSCO).This, as Mr. AbdollahShirMohammadpour was appointed as Vice-Chairman of the CSDI board on behalf of Saba Ta’min Investment Co.
