IFB board—Iran Fara Bourse—announced that Amir Hamooni will remain in his role as the Chief Executive Officer for a two-year term

Amir Hamooni, 38-year, who has lead IFB since September 2012, has provided critical guidance navigating issues and initiatives. Hamooni’s steadfast leadership on issues currently affecting the finance and bourse profession has been invaluable. He has led IFB into new and positive territory.

Mr. Hamooni ushered in a new era for the SFP market, IP market, derivatives market, and funds development in terms of innovation, advocacy, outreach, and engagement with novel solutions.

In this meeting, Mohammad Javad Salimi and Mohammad Vatan Pour were elected as the chair of the board, and vice-chair respectively.

Mr. Hamooni’s extension was announced at the IFB board meeting, held on December 05.
