Iran Fara Bourse launches Book building system

Iran Fara Bourse has launched Book building system through successful underwriting of 775000 Ijara Sukuk of Dana Petro Rig Company in the New Financial Instruments Market. Bids in the announced limits are submitted in the Trading System and remains hidden till the end of underwriting and book building process.
Mr. Hamooni, CEO of IFB, said “investors could submit their price and volume offers in the Trading System and attend in the competition of bid and ask price of Ijara Sukuk. Moreover, market making of these sukuks is accomplished through auction method’.
