Iraq SE 4th Qtr 2006

In spite of the difficulties in Iraqs stability which its specialized in Baghdad , the Iraq Stock Exchange efforts are still moving ahead according to plan .
 
The IT team in ISX which consists of seven employees were trained at IBM, in Amman, Jordan starting Dec 1st 2006 for 30 days on the Electronic Trading System; the same team traveling to training for a second month on a Depository  System from 13.01.2007 in Amman at an IBM company.

From January on, the link with brokers to the Iraq Stock Exchange location through the Electronic net readiness system will be executed within the Electronic Trading project.

Our plan is to be automated by April 2007.
