KASE held a roundtable on the topic: “KASE instruments for Intra-Group Financing”

On June 28, 2018 KASE held a roundtable on the topic: “KASE instruments for Intra-Group Financing” in the city of Astana jointly with the Baiterek National Management Holding.

Managers and employees of corporate finance departments of the Baiterek holding subsidiaries took part in the event. Aslan Kaligazin, KASE managing director, told about main financial instruments traded on KASE that are suitable for intra-group financing, on the procedures for issuance, registration and offering of such instruments during the event.
