KASE Launched a Platform of KASE Private Market

Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE or Exchange) informs
that from June 15, KASE has launched a platform of “KASE Private Market”.

KASE Private Market platform is designed to provide an alternative source
of financing for small and medium-sized businesses in the organizational
and legal form of a limited liability partnership (LLP) without the need
to obtain the status of a public company.

Access to the platform of KASE Private Market can be received by LLPs
that meet the following basic criteria:

– to have income from the sale of products (services) at least for the
last two completed fiscal years;

– to prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards;

– to conduct an audit of financial statements by an audit organization
that is on the list of audit organizations recognized by the Exchange.
