M& A Seminar Held in CSDI

CSDI and Iran Financial Center (IFC) held a one-day seminar on “Merging and Acquisition: Opportunities and Challenges” in CSDI’s headquarters on February 16th. An the seminar, some high-ranking figures from Iran’s capital market attended this seminar.

As the President and CEO of CSDI and a keynote speaker at this seminar, Mr. Soltaninejad talked about the significance of M& A and the hurdles and challenges. He basically focused on the status quo of this trend in Iran and then he went on giving some samples as successes and failures.

In the end, it was announced that the next M& A seminar will be held at the international scope.
