Members of Federation of Euro Asian Stock Exchanges convened for Annual Meetings in Muscat, Oman

Federation of Euro Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) 19th Annual Meetings have been conducted in Muscat, Oman on December 3-4, 2013, hosted by Muscat Securities Market.
Member exchanges including Abu Dhabi Exchange, Amman Stock Exchange, Bahrain Bourse, Borsa Istanbul, Bucharest Stock Exchange, Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Egyptian Exchange, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, Macedonian Stock Exchange, Muscat Securities Market, Montenegro Stock Exchange, Nasdaq OMX Armenia, Palestine Stock Exchange, Tehran Stock Exchange, Zagreb Stock Exchange, CSD Macedonia, CSD Iran, Misr CDR, SDC Jordan, Central Registry Agency Turkey, SEBA, Arab Federation of Exchanges as well as Tadawul (Saudi Stock Exchange) as observer attended the Working Committee and the General Assembly meetings.
Members approved Iran Mercantile Exchange and Fara Bourse as new full members and African Securities Exchanges Association as bilateral member. With the addition of three entrants, the Federation has reached to 53 members from 30 countries.
The members discussed various industry topics including SMEs listings, investor complaints, market surveillance and brokerage industry. The Federation has also published first ever interregional guidelines for handling investor complaints upon the approval of the members.
The Federation has launched its new user-friendly website and the market statistics database for the use of global and regional investors.
FEAS will hold its next working committee meeting in Tblisi, Georgia in May 2014 and annual meetings in Zagreb, Croatia in November 2014.
