Mongolian Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Clearing Limited

On December 5th, 2007 Mongolian Stock Exchange CEO Mr. Rentsen Sodkhuu and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited CEO Mr. Paul Chow have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on further cooperation at the Hong Kong Exchanges Auditorium. Purpose of this MOU was to establish future cooperation gateways and to facilitate exchange of information for both parties. In the framework of the memorandum parties have agreed to work close and cooperate on developing Mongolian capital market and to co-organize seminars, conferences for educational and commercial purposes. Both CEOs acknowledge the importance of the MOU in their future cooperation and for their friendly relations that have established since late 2006.
