NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Announces Winners of Lets Develop Armenian Capital Market Student Essay Contest

Armen Melikyan, NASDAQ OMX Armenia CEO, stressed the importance of encouraging students and younger specialists and stated NASDAQ OMX Armenia s commitment to continuous work with younger audience. Hasmik Salnazaryan, 3rd year student of Yerevan State University of Economy (YSUE) won the 1st place in this contest with the essay titled Initial Public Offering as Primary Direction of Armenian Capital Market Development . The 2nd prize won Arpine Ayvazyan, 4th year student of YSUE with her essay Nonexistent Risks of Armenian Capital Market , while the 3rd prize place went to Gurgen Aghasayan, Master student of Artsakh State University with his essay titled Which are the main obstacles of Armenian capital market and how to solve them? . Three winners received financial reward and certificates from NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Besides, NASDAQ OMX Armenia awarded the following 5 students with certificates from NASDAQ OMX Armenia for honorable mention by Contest Evaluation Committee.
