Notification: trading hours and fluctuation %

Please be informed that the following changes will take place at the PEX as per the Palestine Capital Market Authority instructions including:

•Increasing the continuous trading hours to be 3 hours from 10:00-13:00. Accordingly, phases of the trading session will be as follows:
– Pre-open: 9:45-10:00
– Open: 10:00
– Continuous trading: 10:00-13:00
– Cross trades/Pre-close: 13:00- 13:30
– Closed: 13:30

•Modification of fluctuation rates (+/-) on stock prices during each trading session as follows:
– 7.5% for stocks of listed companies in the primary market (as classified in the trading sheet)
– 5.0% for stocks of listed companies in the secondary market (as classified in the trading sheet).

These amendments will take affect as of Sunday 02/06/2013.
