Pegasus Airlines Starts to Fly in Borsa İstanbul

Having offered 34.5% of its capital to the public, Pegasus Airlines’ shares of a nominal value of TL 35,294,000 started to trade on Borsa İstanbul. At the ceremony organized to mark this occasion this morning, Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Binali Yıldırım; Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) Deputy Chairman Bülent Gökrem; Borsa İstanbul Chairman & CEO İbrahim M. Turhan; Esas Holding Chairman Şevket Sabancı; Esas Holding Vice Chairman Emine Kamışlı; Pegasus Airlines Chairman Ali Sabancı, and Pegasus Airlines CEO Sertaç Haybat rang the opening bell together and started the trading session.
