Takasbank name change

Please kindly be informed that within the framework of the 18th annual ordinary general meeting of Takasbank, IMKB Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş. which was held on March 29, 2013, Takasbank’s name was changed to “İstanbul Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş (Istanbul Settlement and Custody Bank Inc.)”. The Bank’s corporate name is kept as “Takasbank”. The new name is registered and becomes effective as of April 11,2013.
