The chairman of the Management Board of KASE, participated in K-PRO III professional training program

Alina Aldambergen, the chairman of the Management Board of KASE, participated in K-PRO III professional training program according to the best international standards and practices of Professionalize Kazakhstan on July 11, 2018.

At the event, Alina Aldambergen told the audience about the impact of corporate culture on the development of innovations and effectiveness of a company. Alina Aldambergen particularly emphasized positive correlation between team diversity and company profitability.

The purpose of the program Professionalize Kazakhstan is to provide additional training to the system of higher education, vocational training and management courses to improve knowledge and skills. Eldar Abdrazakov, CEO of Centras Group and a member of YPO Kazakhstan, initiated the program, which was supported by many entrepreneurs and executives.
