Two Croatian Stock Exchanges to Merge

The two Croatian stock exchanges (the Varazdin Stock Exchange and the Zagreb Stock Exchange) said they would wrap up their merger by the end of January 2007.  Croatia’s single bourse will be based in the Zagreb SE and will keep the brand name Zagreb Stock Exchange.
